Use collections if you want to sell art prints from your collection or invite people to a secret area where they can find images which they want to be printed.

Image Encryption

Protect your rights for the images in your collection and encrypt them. Make them printable but not downloadable.

Automate printing on photoprinters

If you use Frontier, Noritsu or Epson SureLab printer, you can automate the printing process and receive incoming jobs directly into your printer’s queue.

Properties

These are the properties of your working space. In this section you will find Name, ID, API secret keys, currency settings, starting cost settings, a selection of ordering interfaces and other minor settings.

Notifications

The system automatically sends email notifications to your customers. If you want to inform other people about incoming orders, add their emails in this section.

Add a proper invoice to every order

In case you decide to attach the order invoice to every notification sent to a customer, fill in the invoice form with your company data in Invoice section.

Events

Information about what your system has been doing recently. Here you will find the log of previous events. It can be useful when you talk to Hefest technical support.

Editable

You can edit or translate any string in the ordering interfaces using Editable tool. You can also edit texts in email notifications sent to your customers.

Admin Users

Here you will find users who can work with your Management Panel. There are two roles: Admin who has full access and can change anything and Collection Owner who can upload their images to sell them printed through your print shop.
